QUALITY OF PRODUCT
All Videos and DVDS are from good to mint condition and products marked previewed have been only viewed once. All sales are final except for defective discs or tapes. If you do receive a defective title, we will replace it with the same title, if that title is unavailable we will credit your account. We will not take back discs or tapes that are incompatible with your player due to regional coding or pal, so please make sure the disc will play in your player before you purchase a title.
Due to the fact, that some of these “region free” and “modified” machines are so temperamental, it is advisable to try the disc in another player before contacting DVDPlusron for a return. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.(to learn more about regional coding Click here
In order for our customers to take advantage of the return policy, we must receive the defective item fourteen days after date of delivery and please do not send back returns without notifying dvdplusron first. It is advisable to expedite returns as soon as possible.
Concerning the return of adult novelties: Our policy for adult discs and tapes are the same as above, but if you purchase an adult toy all sales are final, due to hygienic concerns
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are checked for quality and shipped within 24-48 hrs after you place your order. All items on this site are in stock.
International customers have the responsibility of paying customs charges, duties and tariffs that their country may have imposed. We have no way of knowing what these charges may be, if any. For more information please contact your local post office or customs agency. In the case that an item is confiscated by customs, we will not assume responsibility, for this is solely the concern of the purchaser. Dvdplusron does not give a refund due to these circumstances .
All our orders will be shipped via Canada post (express post). Currently at this time we ship worldwide.
